Hi,

That second I pentomino had disturbed me too much because I was losing many points when I put it in the middle just as seen in my solution Crying or Very sad

I couldn't see that clever move which is just putting it suitably at the bottom scratch

What can I say: Again the difference of seeing and just looking Rolling Eyes

I was eagerly awaiting Sunday evening to see how you had managed to achieve a result above 3000. Smile

Now I see that my "mistake" was putting the 6 under L. I thought it "had" to go there, because in that way I could put 33 sixes "in". I tried playing with the positions of the other numbers, but it didn't bring me far as it can be seen. Very Happy

Objective: Two truck drivers drive from points A and B and must reach points marked with same letter. First, in blue cells put numbers 1 - 9, this will give values to cells in first grid. Then mark routes with letters A and B in second grid. Paths can touch each other but not intersect. Path must not touch itself.

Calculation: Difference between paths length (AL and BL) is multiplied with difference of their value BS and AS: (AL-BL)*(BS-AS) and result is reduced by the value of all unused fields. For final calculation enter name in marked cell. Maximize final result.
